Constellating a vast network of Projects, Objects, Texts, Tools and Insights from 60 awardees

NOVA X is a digital and physical exhibition which celebrates a decade of award-winning creative practice. Our visual identity, exhibition and website design were based upon themes of experimental navigation, charting, constellations, and interconnections. Alumni work is displayed within an interactive constellation-based grid system. Providing a zoomed-out view of collective alumni journeys, after receiving the NOVA awards. Communicating diverse stories of transformation, exploration, interrogation, production and tenacity that lie at the heart of professional creative practice.

As you navigate the website, you travel through both time and thematics. The website and exhibition are systematic in their approach to visualising connections and celebratory within their approach to showcasing work.

The exhibition design was also based on the concept of constellating the creative process. Spatially drawing connections between the diverse range of work presented, whilst simultaneously applying the brand identity to the furniture, signage and walls of the space.

Alongside the above, we also created a web-app which allowed users to create a bespoke E-publication featuring their selected work from the exhibition.
